Team Services is dedicated to providing commercial HVAC service and repairs, installation, retrofit, and maintenance. Capable of maintaining complex control systems, Team Services runs systems economically and efficiently.

purpose

The overall objective of Team Services is to handle all things commercial HVAC. With additional services provided in the construction and mechanical industries, Team Services brings simplicity and resolution to the table for their customers.

The voice of Team Services is experienced, knowledgeable, and matter-of-fact. With expertise in their fields of industrial commercial realms, the voice has a mature-millennial ring to it. One that is capable of constructing established relationships with customers of all sorts, Team Services leads with wisdom in their guidance and decisions.

Focus

Team Services focus will be heavily in the digital world of Facebook and LinkedIn. Instagram can also be useful for certain audiences. Targeting the proper demographics will help to get information to the appropriate set of eyes.

How to Reach Enterprising Ethan:

Stay focused on quality and prestige with top brands and case studies. Consider the industry handicap with this persona, their behavior can be unpredictable and they can be difficult as well as time consuming to manage. Find similar personality patterns. They are smart, they are creative, they are solution oriented and typically want to maintain control. How to Reach Polished Preston:

Cool Cynthia can be impulsive, but she’s generally a straightened arrow. She’s confident. She knows what she wants and goes after it. She has little time left for herself, but works to find it. Get in front of her by remaining very present on multiple platforms. Remember she has very little time, so Google targeting, social media targeting, and SEO is all important. Print is not as important, but she does like to pick up local magazines. Personal recommendations from colleagues or friends go a long way for her, too. Just be sure to be easily searchable when she Googles you.
